JOB PROFILE:
* Starting salary will be from Rs.11,000 for fresher and even more for those who are experience in same field.
* Maximum Incentive of 5,000 per month depending on how much work.
* Food coupons of Rs.750 will be given per month and free transport from door pick up and door drop.
* Maximum amount of Rs.70000 or fees paid will give per year for any courses you do during your stay with company.
* For part time call center jobs, Salary will be Rs. 5,000 per month and need to work for 5 hours for all the week days.
INTERVIEW PROCEDURE:
1. Introduction: You have to give a General Introduction about yourself.
2. Aptitude Test: You will be asks to answer 25 multiple choice questions.
3. Test: You may be also ask to take a technical test of around 20-25 question.
4. HR round: You have to give general introduction about yourself and answer the questions that the HR will ask to you.
5. Technical round: You will be asks question about the technical knowledge and skills.

6. Typing Test: You should have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per min. Typing test will be usually for the semi-voice or non-voice process.
