Technical Support Executives requirement at Dell International in Bangalore:

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Excellent communication skills - Please note that we are not looking for
an American accent or neutral accent
2. Clear pronunciation - No mother tongue influence.
3. Reasonable technical knowledge - Understanding of computer hardware e.g.
Hard disk , RAM, SMPS, Mother board etc.
4. Preferably from a Technical support background - earlier work experience
in a MNC Call centre is an added advantage.
5 .Qualification:
10+2+3 - B.Sc., B.C.A., etc
10+2+4 - B.E., B.tech etc
10+2 - Min 2 years of relevant experience.
6. Age limit - Min. age at least 20 and max within 30 year old.

Salary 14k+Incentives

A4 LEVEL:
Senior TSR
10+2,10+3 OR Any Graduates with min 1yr-17months in call centre
Salary upto 2.8 lacs pa

A5 LEVEL:(which is level below SME)
TSS:Technical Support Specialist /Expert
10+2,10+3,Any Graduates with min 18 months+experience in call centre
Salary upto 3.3lacs pa
