* Starting salary will be from Rs.11,000 for fresher and even more for those who are experience in same field.
* Maximum Incentive of 5,000 per month depending on how much work.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE:

1. Introduction: You have to give a General Introduction about yourself.

2. Aptitude Test: You will be asks to answer 25 multiple choice questions. Most of the questions are based on call center jobs and companies.

3. Voice and assent round: You may have to a voice and assent round in which they will test your mother tongue influence, English grammar, sentence structure, etc...

4. HR round: You have to give general introduction about yourself and answer the questions that the HR will ask to you.

5. Typing Test: You should have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per min. Typing test will be usually for the semi-voice or non-voice process.
